  • 4 cups PUR broth
  • 1 cup paella rice
  • Mixed seafood (mussels, shrimp, squid)
  • Red and green peppers, diced
  • Onion, chopped
  • Garlic, minced
  • Saffron
  • Paprika
  • Green peas

The steps

  1. In a large paella pan, sauté the onion, garlic and peppers in olive oil.
  2. Add the rice, saffron and paprika, and sauté for a few minutes.
  3. Pour in the hot shellfish stock and add the green peas.
  4. Simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes, adding the seafood halfway through.
  5. When the rice is tender and the seafood cooked, remove from the heat and leave to stand for a few minutes before serving.
