Ingredients

  • 8 cabbage leaves
  • 1 L broth
  • 350g chicken
  • 5g chives
  • 1 case paprika/cumin/organ mix
  • 1 case salted soybeans
  • 2 cases breadcrumbs (panko)
  • 15g grated Parmesan cheese
  • Topping: toasted almonds / green pea shoots / lemon zest
  • Bake 20min at 200 degrees

The steps

  • Rinse cabbage leaves in cold water.
  • Boil cabbage leaves in Ariaké broth for a few minutes
  • Prepare stuffing by mixing chicken breast with chives, paprika, cumin, oregano, salted soybeans and breadcrumbs.
  • Fill the cabbage leaves with the stuffing and fold into shape.
  • Arrange in a dish with Parmesan cheese
  • Bake for 20 mins at 200°C
  • Serve the cabbages well roasted in the broth and add the roasted almonds, green pea shoots and lemon zest
