We know that cooking juices are difficult to obtain in quantity and quality: that’s why we’ve developed our range of ready-to-use roasted juices.

  • Easy to use: just immerse the pouch in a bain-marie for a few minutes. Can also be reworked to the chef’s liking.
  • 4 recipes: designed for the restaurant trade.
  • As in the kitchen: the raw material is slowly roasted in the oven with onions, then the resulting juices are deglazed with water and reduced before final filtration. The result: a colorful, flavorful juice ready for use.
  • 100% natural: rich in noble matter (from 76% to 80% depending on the recipe), no flavor enhancers (glutamate), no artificial flavors, no colorants, no preservatives, low salt content.

3 uses

  • Hot: as a topping or sauce, as a base for full-bodied or flavored juices, for glazing vegetables…
  • Cold or warm: in vinaigrettes or sauces
  • Reduced: as a small touch, a dash or decoration on the edge of a plate.

  • Packaging: 400 ml pouch. Up to 40 portions. Other packaging available on request.
  • Shelf-life: 12 months at room temperature > airtight bag

  • Roast Poultry Juice : 80% poultry (poultry parts, poultry fat), water, onion
  • Roast veal Juice : 76% veal (bones, meat and fat), water, onion
  • Roasted Langoustine Juice: 76.3% langoustine (head of langoustine, whole langoustine), water, tomato paste, sugar, red pepper
  • Roast beef Juice : 72% beef (beef bone, concentrated beef broth, beef meat, water, beef fat), veal bone, water, onion
